INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

M&A Consulting, in accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), informs data subjects about the conditions for the processing of personal data.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA:

1. Reservation system (bookio):
   • Registration and management of reservations (name, surname, e-mail, telephone number).
   • Legal basis: performance of the contract pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

SCOPE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA:

1. Identification and contact data: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number.
2. Reservation data: date and time of reservation, type of service.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA:

1. Bookio: Processing reservations (client data management platform).
2. Public authorities: Courts, police or other state authorities based on legal obligations.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT:

1. Right to access: You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether we are processing your personal data and, if so, to access these data.
2. Right to rectification: You can request the rectification of incorrect or outdated data.
3. Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): You have the right to request the erasure of personal data if the purpose of their processing has ended or has been fulfilled.
4. Right to restriction of processing: If you dispute the accuracy of the data or their processing, you can request the restriction of processing.
5. Right to data portability: You have the right to obtain your personal data in a structured format or to transmit them to another controller.
6. Right to object: Against data processing based on legitimate interest (e.g. marketing).
7. Right to lodge a complaint: To the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Hraničná 12, Bratislava).

SECURITY AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA:

1. The company has adopted technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse or unauthorized access.
2. The data is stored in accordance with the legislation, only for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes of processing.
